Some more new important information:
3)
Scholarships: From our last meeting ""We want everyone there if you can afford it or not. we will find a way""
We will handle it discretely. Some attendees have already paid for
you, it is that important to them, that all impediments to attending be
removed. We want all to enjoy and share in this Great Event!!
==============================
==========================
4)
Money: Checks or money orders [$25.00 per person] should made out
to "SHS 70 Reunion" and sent to 7029 S 129th Place, Seattle WA 98178.
From our last meeting ""We want everyone there if you can afford it or
not. we will find a way"". One can pay at the door, too!
The
$25.00 per person charge covers food, light beverages, beer and wine.
Feel free to bring your own beverages [BYOB]. All members and friends of
the Class of 1970 are welcome. Checks or money orders should made out
to "SHS 70 Reunion" and sent to 7029 S 129th Place, Seattle WA 98178.
Sometimes price points can be important. We were able to arrive at a
very low ticket price of $25.00 by a number of means. It does not mean
the Committee is skimping on the rest of the Reunion. From
collections/donations at our other events we had the funds to pay for
the Hall and other immediate needs.
==============================
==========================
5)
Menu or vittles: "All righty, we are
having pulled pork sliders done by Gary; Salads [coleslaw, potato, and
other tasty salads] done by Debbie at Mitzel's; Assorted chips, Tortilla
Chips and Salsa; Fruit and Veggie Trays; Wine, Keg of Beer, BYOB [you
are welcome to bring your own Spirits/Bottle/s], Bottled or Tap Water,
your choice; Various Sodas; Coffee; Assorted Teas and for Desert:
Cookies, Special Brownies [not the 'real' special ones, rather think of
'gourmet' like one sees in a Magazine], and a maybe a few other things
[my pen ran out of ink].

6)
Photos: Wish to post or review some
of our many Photos, Videos, Images and
whatnot, click on the Photos Link, to the left of the 'Search" Box link
above. There are 5 albums and one 'category' of "Photos Videos" Facebook
automatically created when it changed the Group Settings several years
ago. Or someone could setup a Photo/Image Account at one of many sites
that do that. Suggest coordinating that with Mike Saunders.

8b) "And a message from our
DJ and MC for the evening, John Smiley Garrett:
I have been working on a playlist for the Reunion, and currently have
nearly 600 songs available that may or not be played (hey, four hours
means about 100 songs will get played at most)...but I do want to make
sure that everyone's favorites from high school will get played.
9)
Door Prizes: Also, I've got five or six items that I am donating to
use as 'door prizes'. If someone else has something you want to donate,
post information regarding it in this string...and when I make the
announcement, you'll get credit.
And you're going to LOVE what we're using as door prize 'tickets'."
